PLAVERSE is a for-charity, SFW fanzine dedicated to all of team PLAVE.The fanzine feature fan-made PLAVE-inspired fashion spreads, arts of various themes, games, comics, and content with heart.All of the characters and members that are featured in the zine belong to VLAST and PLAVE. PLAVERSE is an unofficial and fanmade project with no direct affiliation with VLAST and PLAVE, nor does the company and the group endorse the project in any way.

🤍 What is a zine?
Zines have a long and humble history, but it usually refers to a fan anthology, which is a collection of fanmade, unofficial works such as artworks and written pieces, revolving around a certain fandom or theme.🤍 What is the theme of this zine?
The zine is looking to feature all of the PLAVE members, including the MMMM (meumemimu). We are also open to include Pllis in the works, such as in comics, arts, and written works.The PLAVE ZINE is an SFW (nonRPS) fanzine dedicated to all of TEAM PLAVE. The zine will feature fan-made PLAVE-inspired fashion spreads, arts of various themes, games, comics and creative content for the Pllis to enjoy. Inclusions and benefits are still subjected to change depending on the budget and collaborators available.🤍 Will the zine be physical or digital?
The zine will be available as both a digital and physical book, with the option to purchase additional fan merchandise.🤍 Can I apply for more than one position?
Yes, but do note that if you’re accepted, it might only be for one position chosen by the mods. We don’t want to overwork and overload anyone with extra work ><🤍 Where will the zine ship from?
We are shipping from the Philippines!🤍 Will you be shipping to other countries?
Yes, we will try our best to cater to buyers outside the Philippines. We will also be available for group orders.

APPPLICATION GUIDELINES

Contributor applications for all roles will open from June 2 - June 30, 2025!
We plan on including 1 cover artist, 20 page artists, 5 merch artists, and 6 writers including guests and contributing mods! Number of contributors will depend on our interest check and contributor applications.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

⭐️ All applicants must be 18+ or will be turning 18 by the time applications end.⭐️Only SFW works are permitted to be submitted as samples and in the portfolio. For writers, excerpts from NSFW works are only allowed if they are SFW.⭐️ Applicants are allowed to apply for more than one position but will only be accepted into one.⭐️ Links to samples and portfolios must be easily viewable and accessible. If you’re using Google Drive to store your portfolio, make sure the permissions to the folder is set to “Anyone with the link”. The mod team will not reach out to any of the applicants with broken links and their application will be considered voided.⭐️ At least one (1) PLAVE sample is recommended but not required.⭐️ If the applicants are found to be promoting or supporting ideologies that are harmful to real life individuals (e.g racism, homophobia, transphobia, or any sort of bigotry), their application will be voided. Additionally, applicants who are found to have participated in harassing other people will have their application voided.⭐️ If the applicants are found to have created their works with the aid of generative AI or have traced/plagiarized other people's works, their application will be voided.⭐️ In the event that contributors are found to have committed the aforementioned acts, they will be promptly removed and a pinch hitter will be called to fill in.⭐️ Applicants will not be screened based on their ships or preferences outside of the zine.⭐️ Failure to follow any of the guidelines can result in a deduction of your overall score or disqualification.

🎨ARTISTS

Artists will be creating original artwork in the form of any of the following:
✦ 1 page illustration
✦ 2 page spread
✦ Comics
✦ 2 to 3 spot illustrations as a collab with an assigned writer

🛍️MERCH ARTISTS

Merch artists are expected to design at least 2 merch items for the zine, and assignments will be based on a pitching process upon acceptance.

✍️WRITERS

Writers will be required to create an original piece of fiction with PLAVE or a PLAVE MEMBER as the main focus. The theme is Retro Fashion and Lifestyle Teen Magazine, it can be an article, editorial, interview or fictional story. You may base on Plave's real stories as well.⭐️Min. 500 words
